Snowville fresh milk is produced without the use of rbST (artificial bovine growth hormones).   They choose to follow nature’s way without pushing for higher production. Their milk is not homogenized so the cream in our whole milk and reduced fat milk rises to the top. You can skim the cream for a special treat or shake well before pouring.
